Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, please contact us at info@violentmoney.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you. We’ll be happy to exchange or refund the item as long as they are unworn and the tags intact.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. It may take longer to process your return on Bank Holidays or at Christmas.
Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We’ll refund you by the same method as payment.
You must return the delivery slip that ships with your order for us to be able to identify your return.

IMPROPER RETURNS
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
We will not refund or exchange the product.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS
Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or damaged.
We cannot accept any returned items that have been washed.
Returned items must be in re-sellable condition; that is the same condition that you received them item in.
